Holy Land 2023 Registration

Travel with us to where it all began. Capital will be hosting a trip to Israel. This is a life-changing trip that makes the Bible come to life. You will experience history as you view key landmarks from Scripture including Jerusalem, Megiddo, Gethsemane, the Jordan River, Bethlehem, the Dead Sea, and more. Renew both your mind and spirit on this trip of a lifetime.

After submitting this form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your registration. Initial $500 deposit is due by November 15, 2022. Total cost of the trip is $3995.00, based on double occupancy. For single occupancy, an additional $1500.00 will be added to the total cost. Final payment due by January 25, 2023. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

+Minimum age 18 if traveling without parents (must be a high school graduate; individual cannot be supervised by other adults)

+Minimum age 11 if traveling with a parent (child must share room with parent)

+Applicants over the age of 75 must provide a medical release and recent medical history from their family physician to be reviewed and approved by CCC.

  • Note: Roommates must be of the same gender unless rooming with your spouse or other family members.

  • Sterling Travel will make every effort to assist with finding a roommate of the same gender. If your roommate request cannot be accommodated you will be responsible to pay the single supplement.

Air Transportation: Airfares are based on special contract agreements with various international airlines, and involve certain restrictions and deadlines. These fares are subject to cancellation penalties, and once they are issued are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS FUTURE TRAVEL. Airfares are based on prices in effect as of May 5, 2022, and are subject to change without notice.

Land: The Tour Operator reserves the right to change/alter the sequence of the daily itinerary and make substitutions in order to meet changes brought about by weather, airline delays or as deemed necessary in the best interest and overall comfort and safety of the group.

Deposits and Payments: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of booking. No order will be processed without a deposit. Full and final payment is due 90 days before departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellations MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING VIA VAX, EMAIL OR REGULAR U.S. MAIL. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

Responsibility: Sterling Travel or their agents act only as agent for the passenger in regards to travel, whether by railroad, motor car, motor coach, boat or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by acts or defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. The righ tis reserved to substitute hotels of similar quality to those specified in the itinerary and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which latter case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour unless arrangements are made prior to departure from the United States. The airlines concerned, their agents, or affiliates and other carriers, are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by said carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of these tickets and/or the passenger. The services of an I.A.T.A. carrier may be used for these tours and transportation within the U.S.A. may be provided by any member of the Air Traffic Conference of America. Prices, land itineraries and flight itineraries are based on rates in effect October 1, 2019, and are subject to change.
