Thank you for your interest in starting a Connect Group!  In order to lead a group at Capital, we have a process we'd like to walk you through.  The first step in the process is to fill out the information below. Once you have submitted your information, a member of our team will contact you! 

To give you a heads up, below is our process towards becoming a connect group leader:

1.  You are baptized, 

2.  Complete a 10 week rooted class,

3.  Complete growth track, become a member of Capital.

4.  Serve on a serve team on Sundays or Wednesdays (strongly encourage)

5.  Set up a meeting with Pastor Mandy, 

6.  Attend a facilitators training
